Tiaan works from South Africa during UK business hours. He does not pretend to be based at your dealership: the arrangement and customer-facing wording are agreed with you before the pilot, so the desk is handled honestly and consistently.

Who holds customer data, and how is UK GDPR handled?

Accepted Answer

You keep control of your customer records and decide why and how they are used; Tiaan receives only the access needed for the agreed channels. We agree the working arrangements, access, retention and customer wording with you before the pilot. The exact UK GDPR roles and safeguards depend on your business and should be recorded in the appropriate agreement and checked with your adviser. Keywicket does not claim a blanket certification or compliance status.

Question 3

Do you need access to AutoTrader and our website inboxes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To answer enquiries properly, the pilot normally needs agreed access to AutoTrader and the inboxes where your website enquiries arrive. We agree the minimum permissions and channels with you first; you keep control of your systems and can remove access at the end.

Question 4

What happens if the pilot does not work?

Accepted Answer

You receive a written handover report with before-and-after first-response times, enquiries handled, appointments booked and valuations prepared. If the report does not show an improvement, you are not asked to pay the second GBP 500. You can leave with the report and owe nothing further beyond the first GBP 500. There is no lock-in or notice period.

Question 5

How many dealerships does Tiaan take on at once?

The first few pilot places are deliberately limited so Tiaan can personally work the desk during UK hours. There is no fixed public slot count: ask what is currently workable and he will be direct about capacity.
